July found me packing up a minivan with the wife, brother-in-law, mother-in-law and two cats, and driving across the country and 1/2 way to the north pole. close to 10 hours in an over crowded vehicle was an experience, but the cats were surprisingly well behaved. We ended up in Sundsvall Sweden A lovely city on the east coast and north of Stockholm. The weather was mostly sunny with occasional rains but i still managed to get some colour(sunburn). The landscape is vastly different from that around Göteborg. High rolling hills and meandering rivers.
I ended up taking 7.5Gb of photos (over 500 pictures) so to narrow it down to these few do not give the full impact of the area, but are just a teaser of the variety of views.
